By uploading or submitting any video ("Content") to KettleBoards, you ("Contributor") agree to the following terms:

2. License Granted to Us
You grant KettleBoards a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:
- host, store, and reproduce the Content
- publish and display the Content publicly
- modify, edit, or adapt the Content for copyright compliance, formatting, or quality
- monetize the Content (including ad revenue)
- use the Content for promotions related to our website, competitions, or services
This license exists solely for the operation, promotion, and improvement of our website and YouTube channel.
3. Public Visibility
You understand and agree that:
- The Content may be publicly viewable on YouTube.
- Anyone on YouTube may comment on, share, or interact with your Content.
4. Copyright & Compliance
You agree that:
- Your Content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- If necessary, KettleBoards may modify, mute, remove, or blur parts of the Content to comply with YouTube policies or copyright rules.
- We may remove or unlist your video at any time for any reason.
5. No Guarantee of Hosting
We do not guarantee the continued hosting or availability of any Content. Videos may be taken down by us or by YouTube.
6. Your Rights
You retain all ownership rights to the Content. You may continue to use your video however you wish, including uploading it to other platforms.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KettleBoards from claims related to your Content, including copyright claims, inappropriate material, or uploads that violate YouTube policies.
8. Acceptance
By uploading Content, you indicate that you have read, understand, and agree to this Video Submission & License Agreement.
