814 Fit Presents: Summer Smash 2026 – June 6th 2026💪
We’re fired up to host one leg of the Central PA Team Series right here at 814 Fit on June 6th! We’re teaming up with other local gyms to bring an incredible day of competition, community, and high energy.
This event will be a same-sex partner competition, designed to challenge athletes of all levels while keeping the atmosphere fun, competitive, and supportive.

Whether you're looking to compete hard or just test your fitness with a partner, this event is for you. Expect a full day of well-programmed workouts, great judging, and an awesome crowd.

Workouts
Workout 1: Climb the Ladder
Athletes begin with a buy-in of 50 wall balls. This must be completed before moving on
Once the buy-in is finished, you move into the ascending ladder:
- Wall Walks: 1 → 2 → 3 → … up to 10
- Toes-to-Bar: 2 → 4 → 6 → … up to 20
Each round, both movements increase:
- Round 1: 1 wall walk + 2 toes-to-bar
- Round 2: 2 wall walks + 4 toes-to-bar
- Round 3: 3 wall walks + 6 toes-to-bar
- Continue climbing until you reach 10 wall walks and 20 toes-to-bar
You’ll keep progressing up the ladder for 12 minutes total. If you complete all rounds before the time cap that will be your score. Otherwise, your score is the total reps completed when time expires.
*Tie Break will be the time the buy in is completed
Rx: 20/14# to 10/9' target , Wall walks and T2b
Scaled: 14/10# to 10/9' target, modified wall walks and hanging knee raises
All movements to Open standards

Get ready to settle in and go to work. This one is all about sustained effort, breathing through the burn, and staying consistent under fatigue.
Workout:
4 Rounds for Time
RX: 4 Rounds for Time
- 21/15 Calorie Bike
- 15 Synchronized Bar-Facing Burpees
- 9 Front Squats (135/95).
SCALED: 4 Rounds for Time
- 15/12 Calorie Bike
- 12 Synchronized Bar-Facing Burpees(step over allowed)
- 9 Front Squats (95/65)
Time Cap: 12 Minutes
Floater Workout: 4 MIN
Buy-In:
- 200 Meter Farmer’s Carry (8x25m)
Then:
AMRAP in remaining time
- Tire Flips (As Many Reps As Possible)
8 Mins to Establish a Heavy Complex:
1 Snatch
1 Hang Snatch
2 Overhead Squats
*Power or Squat allowed for Snatches
**Complex must be completed unbroken
