SUMMER SWOLSTICE 2021
Back for the 4th year and better than ever! Brought to you by Univeristy Place CrossFit, benefitting RevUp Athletics Foundation.
If you love to have fun and don't take yourself too serious, this competition is for YOU! Awesome events with awesome people. This event won't even take up your whole Saturday!

- SATURDAY, JULY 24
- RX Co-ed Open, RX Masters Co-ed: 7am- 12pm
- RX Masters F/F, RX F/F, Scaled F/F, Scaled Co-ed: 12:45pm-5:15pm
- 3 EVENTS
- RX AND SCALED
- CO-ED and FEMALE/FEMALE DIVISIONS
- PRIZES: Cash and swag for RX, Swag prize package for Scaled
- Your team will be assiged one of these time slots
- COST: $125 per team (includes RAD tanks or t-shirts for each particpant)

COVID-19
We will take all necessary COVID-19 capacity and safety precautions. Including assigning time slots for a specific number of teams, spectator limits, virtual awards cermony and cleaning.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be given if we are unable to hold the event due to COVID-19 restrictions. No refunds will be given if you cancel your reservation after May 30, 2021 and we are able to have the event.

3 Rep Max Back squat
Description: At 3-2-1 go, each team will have 8:00 total to find each partner’s 3 rep max back squat. Partners can go in any order and make as many attempts as they would like within the 8:00 window of time. Both partner’s weight will be added for your score.
RX Event 2 (B): Big Booty Fran
For Time:

Thrusters (115/75) (each)
Pull ups (each)
Description:
At the 10:00 mark teams will complete 21-15-9 of thrusters and pull ups. Partner A will complete 21 thrusters then partner B will complete 21 thrusters, partner A will then complete 21 pull ups followed by partner B completing 21 pull ups. Teams will continue this pattern through 15 and 9. Your time will be your score.
Time cap: 13:00
*2 second penalty will be added to your time for each rep not completed.
RX Event 3: Shipwrecked

- 20 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
B) *Row Cals
Description: At 3-2-1 go, Partner A will start on the alt. DB snatches and Partner B will begin on the rower. Partner A will complete 20 alternating DB Snatches and 20 box jump overs while Partner B accumulates calories on the rower. When Partner A is finished with 20 DB snatches and 20 jump step overs, they will immediately switch with Partner B. Partner B will then complete 20 DB snatches and 20 box jump overs while Partner A accumulates calories on the rower. This pattern will be repeated for 14 minutes.
