AXIOM TEST 001 – OFFICIAL SEEDING SERIES

The AXIOM Seeding Series is the official qualification process for AXIOM TEST 001.
Designed to identify the fittest all-round athletes, the seeding workouts are completed before the main event to establish rankings, award priority entry, and build the first official AXIOM leaderboard.
Whether you're aiming to compete in the PRIME category or simply want to experience what AXIOM is all about, the seeding series is your opportunity to take part.
Various venues around norfolk are hosting the seedings. Contact us if your local venue isnt one of them and we will do our best to accomodate you at another. alternativly read on about how to video record your workout for upload in your own venue or local gym.
IMPORTANT: ALL ATHLETE MUST REGISTER AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR PART OF A TEAM OF TWO BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE SEEDINGS.
The pairs works like this:
If someone is taking the seedings to enter as a pair. One or both members of team enter as an individual, but must state they are entering for pairs beforehand with coach or gym owner.
If one member of team gets the highest rep count over all 3 workouts but the other does not, they can still choose there team member to join them and enter the main event with them in september.
If they both achieve highest rep scores in the venue, they are still then only counted as one single winner (team) and whatever athlete has the highest rep count under them, can then enter and choose their partner.
A team doesnt need to have both members take on seeding. But obviously have more chance if both do so.
The reps are counted on the athlete as an individual not as a team total.
If team members (either one in a team) gets a higher score than an athlete that is entering as a solo for the individual standard catagory, there score does not affect the solo individual athletes score as the catagories are seperate and the solo athelete would still go through as the winner of the solo individual catagory seeding.
These rules apply for both standard and foundation same sex pairs.

8 min amrap - 8 Deadlift / 8 Box Jump Over / 8 Knee tucks / knees to chest / knees to parrallel
Rest – 4 Minutes
Test 2
6 min emom
1 min max Kettlebell Swings
5 second additional transition time
1 min max Wall Balls
5 second additional transition time
1 min max Kettlebell Swings
5 second additional transition time
1 min max Wall Balls
5 second additional transition time
1 min max Kettlebell Swings
5 second additional transition time
1 min max Wall Balls
Rest – 4 Minutes
Test 3
Jason Khalipa Burpee Test
15 minutes burpee test
every minute athlete must complete 15 burpees before the minute is up. repeating every minute until they cant maintain 15 reps in the minute.
PRIME - burpee with a jump
STANDARD - burpee stand up
FOUNDATION - 10 burpee stand up
How It Works
There are 3 seeding tests, completed in the following order:
Test 1
8 min amrap -
8 Deadlift

Jason Khalipa Burpee Test

Completing Your Seeding
Option 1 – Official Seeding Venue
If your gym or affiliate is hosting an official AXIOM Seeding Day, simply register, attend your venue, and complete the workouts under the supervision of the host.
Option 2 – Video Submission
If you cannot attend an official venue, you may complete the workouts independently.
All video submissions must:
- Be recorded using the WODProof app.
- Be filmed in landscape (horizontal).
- Show all equipment and movement standards clearly.
- Include any required loading before the workout begins.
- Remain unedited from start to finish.
- Follow the published movement standards exactly.
Failure to meet filming or movement standards may result in a score adjustment or rejection.

Leaderboard
Every registered athlete will appear on the official AXIOM leaderboard within Team Aretas.
Your position will update as scores are submitted, allowing you to compare yourself against athletes across all participating venues.
