WOD 1 - FOR LOAD (4 Min Each)

*Only 1 partner will compete the c&j and 1 will complete the snatch. The score is the combined weight of the heaviest lifts. Each partner will get 4 min for their lift. The bar may start loaded. Snatch will go first. The clock will run for 8 min. The C&J lifts will not count until after the 4 min mark. Loading is only in 5# increments.

WOD 2 - FOR TIME (No Time Cap)

P2 - 10k BikeErg

*Only 1 partner will complete the run and 1 will complete the bike. The score is the combined time. The bike and the run will occur simultaneously. 


WOD 3: FOR TIME (12 Min Cap)

20 Power Clean & Jerk 135/95#

20 Synchro Burpee Over the Bar (must jump)

*Teams will work together sharing the 20 barbell reps and then simultaneously complete 20 synchro burpee over the bar. Burpees will be completed parallel to the bar with partners on opposite sides. Going over the bar must take place between the plates.

*Partner 1 will compete the first half and then partner 2 will complete the second half. Remain seated with feet in the straps until 500m is displayed. A squat snatch may be used to begin with the barbell. Partner 2 may begin the exact moment the last rope climb/KB swing is completed.
