Who? We are inviting individuals to take to the stage in our elite category. Elite athletes will compete over Saturday and Sunday.
It wouldn’t be an NFG season finale if we didn’t round off the event season with a visit to Loughborough University. Introducing NFG’s FitFest for 2022 – our core event returns and this year, it is guaranteed to be larger and livelier than ever. Loughborough’s world-class facilities and central location continue to make this the perfect venue to host an unforgettable conclusion to a fantastic year for NFG.
Not only will NFG FitFest include our biggest and best NFG team competition ever, but we will also be joined by some amazing additional events at the festival, more information to follow – making it an unmissable day for all fitness fanatics.

- 100m Sandbag Carry M:60kg / F:40kg
- Assault Bike Cals M:50 / F:30

Elite Individuals
TIME CAP: 24 Mins
Athletes to complete 3 rounds of the below as fast as possible:
- 30 cal Row
- 15 x Toes to Bar
- Rope Climbs (3 in round 1, 2 in round 2 & 1 in round 3)
SCORE = TIME TAKEN TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT
Each athlete to hit a max complex of:
- 1 Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Jerk
PART B – Start at 20 mins
Athletes to complete 3 rounds of the below for time:
- Assault Bike Calories M:15 / F:12
- 12 x Deadlifts M:70kg / F:45kg
- 9 x BB Hang Cleans M:70kg / F:45kg
- 6 x BB Shoulder to Overhead M:70kg / F:45kg
PART B SCORE = TOTAL TIME TO COMPLETE 3 ROUNDS
