  • RX Male (Compete Sunday)
  • FX Female (Compete Sunday)
  • Intermediate Male (Compete Saturday)
  • Intermediate Female (Compete Saturday)
  • Masters Male  35+ (Compete Saturday)
  • Masters Female35+ (Compete Saturday)

*Masters must be 35 by the day of the finals - 2nd July 2022

 

Battle of Britain is part of FITXPO UK , an unmissable show and an event like no other. Presenting the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, training and wellness The event brings together the brightest and the best traders, fitness enthusiasts and thought-leaders in the fitness and wellness universe - all under one roof.

 

Which Division Should I Enter?

 We encourage you to pick the correct category for your ability - we don't want to see athletes capable of linking 20 muscle ups entering the intermediate division. Your coach should be able to advise you if you are unsure. 

 If in doubt we would encourage you to challenge yourself and enter the RX division. 

This year’s competition will run a little differently and well set out to test you across a series of 6 workouts testing a broad range of movement, skill and your all-round game. We will also release the workouts prior to the event so you can prepare and practice as you see fit. To help guide you we have set the following standards:


Rx Division:

If you are entering the Rx or Master RX division qualifiers, then we recommend you can perform all the following.

Gymnastics: HSPU, Pistols, Bar Muscle ups, rope climbs.

Weights: max lift complex and DB weights that you would use during the open


Master & Intermediate Open Division:

If you are entering the Intermediate division qualifiers, then we recommend you can perform all the following movements and minimum weights.

Gymnastics: Press ups, Pull Ups, toes 2 bar, small sets of CTB

Weights: max lift complex and DB weights that you would use during the open. 60 / 42.5kg clean small sets.

Other: double unders, low volume rope climbs legs allowed

 

Rules & Requirements:

  • Athletes must register online and pay the £85 registration fee. 
  • If the event is cancelled or reschedules then refunds will be given in full

On an ascending ladder 2,4,6,8,10 etc.... Of STOH @ 50/70kg

Part 2 from 10-15 minutes

Establish a 3 RM Touch and go Snatch of any kind.

Part one and part two will be scored separately
