About This Competition

The CrossFit AllStar Round Up is not just a competition—it’s a gathering of people who believe in being part of something greater together than they can be alone. We come together to support what it means to be a great human being. At its core, the Round Up is about community. This is not an annual obligation (this could be the last one)—it’s an intentional coming together, built by the people, for the people, to create something meaningful, powerful, and unforgettable. We arenʻt just competing for podium positions, we are witnessing memorable moments, sharing in each otherʻs awesomeness, and joining forces to maximize each others full potential.

Athletes from multiple gyms step onto the floor not just to compete, but to support one another. Whether you’re elite, scaled, brand new, or a keiki stepping into your first event, there is a place for you here. The AllStar Round-Up reflects the full spectrum of CrossFit culture in Hawai‘i—broad, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that anyone can do this. Because they can.

This event is driven by a shared commitment to excellence—not perfection, but the kind of excellence that comes from effort, integrity, and heart. It’s about raising the standard together. Creating an environment where athletes feel safe enough to give their all and supported enough to go beyond what they thought was possible.

The Round-Up is also about being inclusive and celebrating our differences. It creates space for those who may feel outside the norm, athletes with physical challenges, mental blocks, or anyone who has ever questioned whether they belong. Here, they don’t just belong, they’re celebrated! Because being a great athlete is powerful, but being a great human being is the goal.

From keiki to kūpuna, from first-timers to seasoned competitors, everyone contributes to the energy that makes this event special. Coaches, volunteers, judges, and spectators all play a role in building something extraordinary; a high-quality, well-run experience that showcases the depth of talent and heart across Hawai‘i.

At the end of the day, the CrossFit AllStar Round-Up isn’t about standing alone on a podium. It’s about standing Together Strong in community.
