About This Competition
Never Back Down is a male/female pair CrossFit competition hosted by Polsky's Strength & Conditioning. Features RX and Scaled divisions, cash prizes for RX, sponsored prizes for Scaled.
Cost is $210 per team.
Competition Layout:
Scaled competition from 8am-12pm and Rx from 1pm-5pm
12 spots available for each division 6 scored events
Standards for Division: Rx: For those who complete most workouts for the Open and their gym as "Rx" Scaled: For those who complete most workouts for the Open and at their gym as "Scaled"
