Hybrid Challenge est une compétition sans qualification innovante alliant force, endurance et vitesse. Accessible à tous, elle met à l'épreuve aussi bien les athlètes confirmés que les passionnés de sport en quête de challenge.

AMRAP 15'   :

30-20-10 + max cal Row

 

30 calories + 30 Wall Balls + 30 Dumbbell Snatch
20 calories + 20 Wall Balls + 20 Dumbbell Snatch
10 calories + 10 Wall Balls + 10 Dumbbell Snatch
Le temps restant (jusqu’à 15 min) : max de calories Row.


Il est prévu un Ti-break après le “30-20-10” pour noter le temps intermédiaire.

Standards

●        Wall Ball :

o   Hauteur cible = 3,00 m (hommes), 2,70 m (femmes).

o   Poids ballon  = 9 kg H / 6 kg F (Pro), 6 kg H / 4 kg F (Open).

●        Dumbbell Snatch :

o   Pro : 22,5 kg (H) / 15 kg (F) ; Open : 15 kg (H) / 10 kg (F).

o   Extension complète overhead, contrôle en haut.

●        Binômes : le volume (30-20-10) est partagé comme ils le souhaitent, idem pour le rameur en final.

●        Time cap : 15 min

Score

●        Nombre total de répétitions (les 60 reps du “30-20-10”) + les calories accumulées (tie-break = temps pour finir le triplet).

Deux mouvements de force au choix entre Bench press, Deadlift, Back squat (ex. Deadlift & Bench Press, ou Squat & Bench, etc.).


La montée en charge s’effectue essentiellement en zone d’échauffement. Sur le plateau (“floor”), les athlètes ont seulement un temps restreint pour préparer la barre.

INDIV (10 min sur le plateau)

2 min de préparation de la barre (chargement final)
2 min de max reps (mouvement 1)
4 min de pause (entre les mouvements)
2 min de max reps (mouvement 2)


Poids de référence (Pro / Open)

●        Deadlift : 100 % BW (Pro) / 90 % BW (Open)

●        Back Squat : 80 % BW (Pro) / 70 % BW (Open)

●        Bench Press : 60 % BW (Pro) / 50 % BW (Open)

Score

●        Total de répétitions validées (mouvement 1 + mouvement 2).
