Athletes can partition the AMRAP however they would like, only one athlete works at a time while the other is resting.

Team Flow
Minute 1 is completed by partner 1. Minute 2 is completed by partner 2. Minute 3 is split by desired between both partners.

Scaled - Run (Rope Hold), Barbell Farmers Carry (95/65), Plate (35/15)
Masters - Run (Rope Hold), Barbell Farmers Carry (95/65), Plate (35/15)
Scoring Standards
Time completed. If the team does not finish it is time cap + reps remaining.
Team Flow
Teams will hold a rope to stay together on the first part of the workout, the run. Moving from the run to the barbell farmers carry, it will be completed in 50 meter increments where the barbell will be loaded and each athlete grabs the thick collar of the barbell to carry. After the 200 meters is complete, the athletes will take the plates off the barbell to begin the overhead plate carry. Walking or running is allowed. Relay style for the overhead plate carry, one person will perform their 100 meter overhead carry and the other waits at the starting line. Once the overhead plate carry is complete, the athletes will move onto the final piece of the workout... 60 plate ground to overhead. Each rep is counted once it is back to the ground, which must be controlled by the athlete (not thrown). Only one athlete works at a time accumulating reps, waterfall style is allowed as long as their is no concurrent working between partners.
