About This Competition
Congratulations on qualifying for the 2025 Alaska Invitational! You’ve earned your spot, and we’re excited to see you bring your best performance to this premier event. Here’s what you need to know:
Important Details:
Workouts: Will Be Announced the Morning Of! As part of CrossFit’s training methodology, we’ll announce the workouts the morning of the event. This aligns with the principle of being prepared for the unknown and unknowable, promoting adaptability, and ensuring that athletes face challenges that test their fitness in real-world scenarios. (Don’t worry, no swimming, but almost everything else is fair game!)
Division: The email you received from Competition Corner will notify you of your respective division (Scaled, Intermediate, Rx).
- Division Placement was based on your performance in the 6 tests of fitness so far. If you feel that your division isn’t accurate or if you’d like to request a different one, please feel free to email us. We’re happy to review and adjust if needed.
Event Date & Location: Saturday, August 9th @ CrossFit Iron Refined. (10901 Mausel St, Eagle River)
Registration Deadline: To confirm your spot, please complete your registration by June 30th @ 6PM. This helps us assess remaining spots and ensure all final preparations are made.
