Format: Same gendered partners (male & male or female & female)

Description: Come throw down in the first ever Bellefonte Brawl to benefit More Than Fitness, an organization founded in 2018 to address mental health issues in young people through mindfulness and fitness.
Partners (MM/FF) will compete in 4 events over the course of the day in the Mount Pleasant Green Knights Football Stadium. This competition will feature a full outdoor rig and regulation sized football field/track to help test the fitness and grit of local athletes in three divisions (RX, scaled, and teen). Grab a partner and get ready to rumble!
Standards and Workouts: RX and Scaled divisions will follow typical CrossFit Open standards. Workouts will include:
- Barbell cycling
- Toes to bar/chest to bar (pull ups and knee raises for scaled)
- Strongman style movements/lifts
- Wall balls (20/14)
- Dumbell lifts
- Cardio machines
there will be no muscle ups or double unders in this year's competition.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refunds for this event. If the weather creates unfavorable conditions, the event may be moved to Sunday, August 14th at the organizers discretion. Please plan accordingly.
To be eligible for the teen division, you must have been enrolled as a full time HS student as of May 1st, 2022.

Standards:
- All athletes will start from underneath the rig. At time, athletes will move together to the ski erg.
- Athletes must remain together during the workout and cannot advance to the next movement/machine until both athletes have completed the work.
- Athletes can split reps/meters, there is no perscription on how that is done or minimum work requirement.
- The barbell can ONLY be transfered on the ground. Athletes cannot hand/place the barbell to/on their partner.
- Barbell movements will follow typical CF standards.
- Time is noted at the completion of the last rep.

Standards:
- Athletes will start under the rig. At time, athletes will complete assualt bike and wall balls before moving to the yoke.
- Athletes can split the assault bike/wall ball work any way.
- The yoke will be counted 1 rep for every 5 yards. A rep is counted when the back of the yoke passes the yard marker.
- Athletes can switch carrying the yoke at any point at or between the turn around points. Only one athlete can carry the yoke at a time.
- Athletes cannot turn with the yoke at the turn around points. To switch directions, atheletes must carry the yoke past the final marker, drop the yoke, turn, and reestablish the carry. Atheletes can also switch at the turn around points.
- Athletes begin the carry where they left off from the last round moving in the same direction.

Standards:
- Athletes will begin under the rig. At time, athletes will pick up thier sandbags and run across the football feild.
- The 100m mark will be marked with cones. Each athlete must complete 1/2 of the 200m run. They may only switch the bag carry at this cone.
- The bag can only be transfered from the gound. The bag cannot be handed to or placed on another athlete.
- Athletes must move together through the entire workout.
- The bag can be carried any way, but only by one athlete at a time.

Standards:
- The floater workout can be completed at any time between the start of event 1 and 12:30. There will be two stations set up.
- Athletes will start behind an established line. At time, the athletes will move to the rower.
- All reps/meters can be split; movements must be done in order.
