About This Competition

Sisu In Mind is a functional fitness competition raising money for two important mental health charities. CALM is the Campaign for Living Miserably, working towards reducing male suicide, and PaNDAS stands for supporting women through pre and postnatal depression. All profits from the ticket sales will be split equally between these two charities.


Sisu welcomes you to enjoy a day of competition in same-sex teams of three. There will be standard and scaled divisions. Please see descriptions of these standards before you enter. All tickets are non-refundable.

Standard


DB x 2 weight: 15kg/22.5kg

KB: 24kg/32kg

Box Jump: 24/30 inch

Deadlift/Hang Cleans/Thrusters/ Shoulder to Overhead/ Power snatch/ Clean and Jerk: 40kg/60kg

Toes To Bar/ Pull ups /Handstand Push-ups: 1 athlete minimum

Double Unders: all athletes

DB x 2 weight: 12.5kg/17.5kg

KB: 16kg/24kg

Box Jump/ Step-up: 20/24 inch

Deadlift/Hang Cleans/Thrusters/ Shoulder to Overhead/ Power snatch/ Clean and Jerk: 30kg/45kg

Kipping Pike Raises/ Jumping Pull-ups/ Wall Walks: 1 athlete minimum

Double Unders/ Single Unders: all athletes
