Tie Breaker: The minute after you fail you will have 60 seconds to complete max cals on the echo bike.

Flow:

At the call of 3, 2, 1, athletes will each go to a dumbbell and complete 12 synchro burpees over the dumbbell. Then one athlete will move to the rower and one athlete will stay at the dumbbells.. The athlete on the rower will complete the required number of calories. The athlete at the dumbbells will complete 8 Devil Press. The athletes will then switch and complete the required number of reps of devils press and rowing. When both athletes have completed the required number of reps they will both move back to the dumbbells to complete synchro burpees over the DB. When 12 Synchro burpees are complete one athlete will move to the rower and one athlete will stay at the dumbbells to complete Devil Press. Athletes will complete this sequence for 5 rounds.
