About This Competition

WOD League is coming to Winter Park, FL!

Sign-up for our 1-Day, FUN-packed event at OTown CrossFit (Winter Park, FL) on Saturday, April 20th. 

This is a Teams-of-2 competition geared towards recreational athletes. All Teams are guaranteed to participate in all 3 Workouts. Our event was created for you to have FUN and challenge yourself. Please see below the Division Standards and secure your spot TODAY! 

Be sure to follow us on Instagram (@wodleagueusa) for updates and workout announcements. All workouts will be announced at least 1 month prior to the event date so you and your partner can practice and be at your peak performance on competition day! The following divisions are available:

DIVISION STANDARDS


SCALED (W/M)

Scaled is our Intermediate division and it is perfect for the majority of the participants that have at least 1+ years of functional fitness training.The list below is not an exhaustive list and weights/skills/movements are subject to change.

Clean 85/115lbs

Shoulder to Overhead 65/95lbs

Snatch & Thruster 45/75lbs

Kettlebell 25/35lbs

Wall-Ball 10/14lbs

Box Jump 20”

Deadlift 95/155lbs

Scaled Wall-Walk

Pull-Ups (1 Athlete)

RX (W/M)

The Rx division is designed for participants that can successfully complete the majority of exercises in functional fitness competition. Generally speaking, this is our Advanced division and recommended for participants with 2+ years of training and previous competitive experience. The list below is not an exhaustive list and weights/skills/movements are subject to change.

  • The Jump Rope portion may be split as wish between partners.

  • Dumbbell Snatch & Dumbbell Devil Press are both Synchronized movements where both partners are working at the same time.
