About This Competition

The Fitlife Throwdown is a local functional fitness competition, with a vision to bring together the community for a fun day of fitness and friendly competition.

This is a one-day same sex pairs event that has two divisions depending on your fitness level - Novice (beginner/newbie) and Open (scaled/intermediate).

Teams will compete in multiple challenges throughout the day as we look to crown our 2024 Fitlife Throwdown Champions. Whatever division you decide to enter, we hope you and your friends will join us for a day of fun, sweat and team work as you compete for bragging rights and some epic prizes.
