About This Competition

Open to all female and male US Passport holders ages 13 and up.⁣


Age categories are:⁣
13-14⁣
15-16⁣
17-18⁣
19-20⁣
21+⁣
* Age category determined by athlete age as of 31 December 2022.⁣

RX Minimum Skills and Abilities:⁣
For RX ages 17+⁣
Strict HSPU⁣
Deficit HSPU⁣
Ring Muscle⁣
DB Snatch and Push press 70/50⁣
Deadlift 315/225⁣

For RX ages 15-16⁣
Kipping HSPU⁣
Bar Muscle Up⁣
DB Snatch and Push Press 50/35⁣
Deadlift 225/155⁣

For RX ages 13-14⁣
Wall Walks
Pullups⁣
DB Hang C+J 35/15⁣
DB Deadlift 35/15⁣

Top 3 Women and Men in ONLY THE RX divisions will be eligable to advance to the IF3 2022 World Championships in Hermosillo, Mexico December 16-18th 2022.⁣

Registration fee includes 12 month USAFF Athlete Competition License.⁣


4 Tests scores and videos must be completed and submitted by 2100 PST of 9 October 2022.⁣

Movement standards can be found HERE.⁣


Tests will be released on 26 September 2022.⁣

Refunds must be requested by 2100 PST of 9 October 2022.⁣

30 strict deficit handstand push ups (DHSPU)  (5”/3”)

- DHSPU box will be 36 inches wide by 20 inches deep

*NOTE: If using a mat add 5"/3" inches to the mat height*

30 ring muscle ups
