About This Competition
Open to all female and male US Passport holders ages 13 and up.
Age categories are:
13-14
15-16
17-18
19-20
21+
* Age category determined by athlete age as of 31 December 2022.
RX Minimum Skills and Abilities:
For RX ages 17+
Strict HSPU
Deficit HSPU
Ring Muscle
DB Snatch and Push press 70/50
Deadlift 315/225
For RX ages 15-16
Kipping HSPU
Bar Muscle Up
DB Snatch and Push Press 50/35
Deadlift 225/155
For RX ages 13-14
Wall Walks

DB Hang C+J 35/15

More Information:
Top 3 Women and Men in ONLY THE RX divisions will be eligable to advance to the IF3 2022 World Championships in Hermosillo, Mexico December 16-18th 2022.
Registration fee includes 12 month USAFF Athlete Competition License.
4 Tests scores and videos must be completed and submitted by 2100 PST of 9 October 2022.
Movement standards can be found HERE.
Tests will be released on 26 September 2022.
Refunds must be requested by 2100 PST of 9 October 2022.
