Scaled Male: 50kg barbell
Teams M/M: 50kg barbell Synchro Scaled Woman: 30kg barbell

Workout no. 2:
With running clock:
Max reps UNBROKEN of Chest to Bar/Pull-ups (T.C. 4 min)

Elite Male: Max reps of UNBROKEN Chest to bar pull-ups
Teams M/M: Max reps of UNBROKEN Pull-ups synchro
Scaled Female/Male: Max reps of UNBROKEN Chin over bar Pull-ups

Unbroken means - you can perform only one UNBROKEN (without drop from the bar) set of pull-ups/chest to bar pull-ups

Workout no. 2 & Workout no. 3:

You need to perform them together, with 3 min rest between workouts.

With running clock:
Max reps UNBROKEN of Chest to Bar/Pull-ups (T.C. 4 min)

Elite Male: Max reps of UNBROKEN Chest to bar pull-ups
Teams M/M: Max reps of UNBROKEN Pull-ups synchro
Scaled Female/Male: Max reps of UNBROKEN Chin over bar Pull-ups

Unbroken means - you can perform only one UNBROKEN (without drop from the bar) set of pull-ups/chest to bar pull-ups

Elite Male: 100kg
Scaled Male: 80kg
Scaled Women: 50kg
Teams M/M: 100kg for total reps Athlete A + Athlete B - they have to start at the same time but DON’T have to be synchro. Even if one athlete finish his reps the other athlete can still continue.

Male Elite: 130kg barbell, min 20cm deficit handstand push-ups (kipping allowed) Scaled Male: 100kg barbell, handstand push-ups (kipping allowed)
Teams M/M: 100kg barbell synchro, handstand push-ups synchro (kipping allowed)

Scaled Women: 60kg barbell, handstand push-ups (kipping allowed)
