About This Competition
To ensure The Marquise Mums Club runs smoothly we have capped our registrations at 60 pairs.
Please note: Only 1 person needs to register on behalf of the pair.
We do not offer refunds BUT we will allow participant substitutions up until 1 week before the event begins.
Workout will be released ahead of time and there will be a full movement brief before we begin the day

2km Ski FOR TIME
Partioned as the athletes choose.
Completed concurrently with Event #2
FOR TIME:
100 Alternating DB Snatch 10/15kg
75 DB Lunge
50 Devils Press
Weight Allocation: Compete= 15 kg DB/ Train = 10kg DB
**Please note- Event 1 and Event 2 run at the same time. Athlete A will start on the ski and Athlete B on this event. Athletes choose when to swap between workouts in order to set the fastest time for both scored events.
FOR TIME: (5 min cap)

NOTE: Each athlete will complete a full round before tagging their teammate. Each athlete will complete 2 rounds i total (If they can make the time cap)
Compete= 10 Cal EB/ Train = 7 Cal EB
5 min Cap
1-2-3-4-5-6 etc
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Shoulder to Overhead
**Train= 25kg/ Compete = 40kg
NOTE:
Athlete 1 will complete 1 rep of each movement in complex, then athlete 2 will complete 2 reps of each movement etc. The ladder will ascend until 5 min cut off.
