Ceci est la 6ème édition du French Throwdown sponsored by Reebok.

L'année dernière 2500 athlètes se sont défiés afin de découvrir l'homme et la femme les plus fit de France. Cette année la compétition pour le French Throwdown 2017 sera encore plus rude.

  • Inscriptions: Les inscriptions sont ouvertes.

-Individuel Elite
-Individuel Intermédiaire

-Equipe (2 Hommes - 2 Femmes)
-Teens 16-18ans
-Masters 35-39
-Masters 39-44
-Masters 45+

Vous devrez avoir l'âge requis au 20 Avril 2017.

Lors des qualifications, veillez à bien respecter les standards de chaque catégorie.
Lors de la soumission des scores, veillez à respecter les standards vidéos (Possibilité de voir tous les mouvements, Possibilité de voir le temps au début et à la fin, annonce du nom de l'athlète/équipe, de l'épreuve, de la catégorie, filmer les charges barres/équipements si besoin)
  • Qualifications: Les qualifications auront lieu sur 2 semaines à raison de 2 wods par semaine.

20/04/2017 : Annonce du Wod 1 et 2 à 20h Heure Française

26/04/2017 : Soumettre les scores du Wod 1 et 2 avant 20h Heure Française

27/04/2017 : Annonce du Wod 3 et 4 à 20h Heure Française

03/05/2017 : Soumettre les scores du Wod 3 et 4 avant 20h Heure Française

Il y aura donc 4 Wods de qualification au total sur 2 semaines. Si l’athlète souhaite avoir la possibilité de participer à la finale, il devra fournir un lien vidéo accompagnant ses scores. Les 100 premiers scores de chaque catégorie et pour chaque wod seront vérifiés au hasard.

Les qualifications se feront sur 2 semaines à raison de deux entraînements par semaine et 2 scores validés par semaine.

Au terme des 2 semaines, nous annoncerons les qualifiés. La finale se déroulera le 17 et 18 Juin 2017 à Paris, France

Ce championnat est ouvert à toutes les nationalités, il n'y a pas d'obligations d'être domicilié en France. Nous vous attendons nombreux !

Les équipes peuvent être composées de personnes ne s’entrainant pas ensemble. Vous ne devrez pas nécessairement être ensemble au moment des qualifications.

  • Prize Money: Le prize money total s'élève à 36900€

This is the 6th Edition of the French Throwdown sponsored by Reebok. Last year 2500 athletes battled it out to discover who were the fittest men and women in 2016. This year the competition will be even tougher.

  • Registration: Registration is open.

  • Categories:
-Individual Elite
-Individual Intermediate
-Individual Scaled
-Teams (2 Men - 2 Women)
-Teens 16-18yo
-Masters 35-39yo
-Masters 39-44yo
-Masters 45+yo

You will need to have the valid age on the 20th of April 2017.

During the qualifiers, please take in account standards for each category.
During score submission, please take in account all video standards (Movement quality, Time taken to complete the wod, Name-Team announcement, Workout number, category, equipment)

  • Qualifiers:

20/04/2017 : Workout 1 and 2 Announcement at 8pm French Time

26/04/2017 : Submit scores for Wod 1 and 2 before 8pm French Time

27/04/2017 : Workout 3 and 4 Announcement at 8pm French Time

03/05/2017 : Submit scores for Wod 3 and 4 before 8pm French Time

The first 100 videos of each category and for each wod will be watched randomly. The qualifying round will therefore consist of 4 workouts over 2 weeks.

At the end of the qualifiers, the top athletes of each category will move on to the final in Paris. The final will take place on the 17th and 18th of June 2017 in Paris, France.

In order to participate, you do not need to be French or live in France. The competition is open to all nationalities.

Team members don’t need to be from the same affiliate and will not need to be together for the qualifiers.

  • Prize Money: Total Prize money is 36900€
