SOUTHFIT CrossFit Challenge busca encontrar al hombre, a la mujer y al equipo con la mejor condición física de la región poniéndolos a prueba en todas las capacidades físicas reconocidas en un ser humano.

SOUTHFIT CrossFit Challenge se desarrollo dentro de la comunidad de afiliados de america latina en 2013 como resultado del apoyo local para la región de América Latina. En ese espiritu de comunidad, SOUTHFIT CrossFit Challenge ofrece categorias de competencia para todos los niveles de atletas.
Martin Casas @tulukamartin y Nicolas Ini @soldadotuluka, propietarios de CrossFit TULUKA y organizadores de SOUTHFIT CrossFit Challenge, dicen que el evento ha sido ¨muy inclusivo en las categorias desde el principio porque queriamos darle a nuestra comunidad la oportunidad de competir¨.
SOUTHFIT CrossFit Challenge tendrá lugar en Buenos Aires los días 6, 7 y 8 de Diciembre de 2019 y es el primer evento oficial anunciado para la temporada 2020 de los Crossfit Games.

Workouts
PRESCRIBED (Qualifying divisions)
DT Ladder
Every 4 minutes, complete 3 rounds of the following:
- 12 Deadlifts
- 9 Hang Power Cleans
- 6 Shoulder-to-Overhead
*If you complete the three rounds at a given weight within the 4min window, increase the weight to the next load, add another 4:00 to your time-cap, and immediately begin on the next three rounds.
- Round 1 - 95, 65lb
- Round 2 - 135, 95lb
- Round 3 - 155, 105lb
- Round 4 - 185, 130lb
- Round 5 - 205, 145lb - *AMRAP with remaining time
ALTERNATE (Anyone completing ALTERNATE version is not eligible for any qualifying divisions)
DT Ladder
Every 4 minutes, complete 3 rounds of the following:
