About This Competition



The Black and Blue Meltdown is programmed to be a straight forward event. It is not designed to make anyone look bad. We want to showcase your strengths and not fill the day with weird movements and silly metrics. The goal of the meltdown is to see how hard you can go and how much you’ll lay on the line for your partner. We are happy with the events that have been selected as they will surely test your grit and teamwork. Good luck!!!
