About This Competition
Masters Mixed Sex Pairs Competition (70+, 80+, 90+)
*Minimum age of 35+.
*Made up of any combination of ages of ages.
Venue - CrossFit Cheltenham
- 3 tests for all teams. The team with the least points over 3 WODs wins
- NO QUALIFIERS
- Enjoy a great competition at a friendly box run by an events team with over ten years experience of running successful team events
£78 per team
Additioning information:
The workouts will be released before the throwdown.
Prizes for all podium finishers.
This event is child and dog friendly, so bring your friends and family along - spectators can come and cheer you on for free!
There will be plenty of space to park in the industrial estate where the box is located.

Workouts
4 x 3 min AMRAPs to complete as many reps as possible of:
5 Sync Shoulder to overhead
40 Double unders
4 Reps of the complex:
2 Toes to bar
2 Chest to bar
2 Pull ups
10 Sync box step overs (24/20") holding a KB
In the remaining time, up to 3:00 complete as many reps as possible of:
Sync Shoulder to overhead
Part A - Total reps completed in 12 minutes.
Part B - The weight on the barbell for the shoulder to overhead. Minimum work requirement is a total of 5 reps per round.
(Minimum 35/25kg)
In all divisions the gymnastic complex can be split and shared. In the 90+ category all C2B pull ups will be normal pull ups and the KB 16/12kg
4 x 3 min AMRAPs to complete as many reps as possible of:
5 Sync Shoulder to overhead
40 Double unders
4 Reps of the complex:
2 Toes to bar
2 Chest to bar
2 Pull ups
10 Sync box step overs (24/20") holding a KB 24/16kg
In the remaining time, up to 3:00 complete as many reps as possible of:
Sync Shoulder to overhead
Part A - Total reps completed in 12 minutes.
Part B - The weight on the barbell for the shoulder to overhead. Minimum work requirement is a total of 5 reps per round.

Teams have 7 minutes for both athletes to establish a max weight on the following:
Athlete 1:
5 Hang clean and jerks
Athlete 2:
5 Hang snatches
Complete the following for time:
10 Sync Devils Press (Single DB)
25 Sync DB Hang to overhead
50 Wall balls
50 Kettlebell swings
25 Sync DB Front squats
10 Bar muscle ups
10 Sync Devils Press (Single DB)
Weights:
Wall ball 70&80+ 9/6kg 10/9’ - 90+ 6/4kg 10/9’
Dumbbell 70&80+ 22.5/15kg - 90+ 17.5/12.5kg
Kettlebell 70&80+ 24/16kg - 90+ 16/12kg
Alternative muscle up option is 2 sync burpees and a partner assisted bar muscle up
