About This Competition
It's time to have some fun again, The Open is here and we will be hosting an In House Open Competition!
FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHT DATES
- 22.1 | FEB 25TH
- 22.2 | MARCH 4TH
- 22.3 | MARCH 11TH
All classes on Friday during the Open will be doing the Open WOD. There will no evening classes during the 3 weeks of the Open. Friday Night Lights will run from 4pm-6pm every Friday night.
RULES
- Workouts will be ONE AND DONE, No Re-dos. Coaches/Staff will not be obligated to judge a second attempt. If you have a friend/member that agrees to judge your second attempt that is okay
- Every registered athlete on Competition Corner/Open Website will have a judge assigned to them
IMPORTANT
*For those who are looking to qualify for Quarterfinals or would like their scores inputted on the CrossFit Open website you must register at open.crossfit.com for your scores to be valid/qualify for further CrossFit Events.
