About This Competition
The 12th Annual CrossFit 816 Halloween Throwdown is a Kansas City staple and we are thrilled to host this year's event that promises to be amazing!
We are excited to be sponsored by Neighborhood Meals, a new company who prepares delicious and healthly meals and delivers them straight to your door! Neighborhood Meals will also be at the event serving their amazing meals for purchase to keep you fueled throughout the day.

Sunday's event features four-person teams: two female, two male.

Early Bird pricing - $350 per team through October 9th
Full Price -$400 per team through October 16th
T-shirt Deadline - Register by October 10th to get your t-shirt or tank included with registration!
Refunds – There will be no refunds for this event. You can substitute an athlete up until the day of competition in the same division.

Workouts

















Rx Notes: For lunges, athletes will use a goblet hold. For double unders, the athletes must each complete 50 reps, consecutively. The first male and female athletes must complete their 50 reps unbroken. For the handstand walk, each athlete must do 10 unbroken feet at a time.
Masters Notes: For lunges, athletes will use a goblet hold. For double unders, the athletes must each complete 50 reps, consecutively. For the handstand walk, each athlete must do 5 unbroken at a time.

Intermediate Notes: For lunges, athletes with use a goblet hold.
