About This Competition

TEAMs Of 2!

We are going for the biggest competition format so far here at NWK!

16 MALE TEAMS 

16 FEMALE TEAMS 

16 MIXED TEAMS

5/6 Workouts on the day!

We will of course add our own spin as RX workouts but you will also have the options to scale your workouts as we always do at Winter Series!

You can RX a workout and Scale the next if need be! 

So if you're looking for a Team comp that will challenge you hard and have a day of fun with us, then we are the one!

9:00AM Kick off and will aim to finish about 4PM!

We have a scheduled afterparty also as its our 10th Birthday, So if you want to come to the afterparty also you are all welcome to kick back with your competitors for a drink at a local brewery!

Winter Series 23 coming in Hot!

We have a no refund policy in place for this comp, you can subsitute your place at anypoint.

23.1: 

 

Within a 10:00 Window: 

Complete a Clean Complex: 

2 Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 STOH 

 

SCORE = Combined Weight 

 

Workout Notes: 

*Teams will use the same barbell 

*Cleans can be any variation e.g power cleans or squat cleans but they have to be touch and go. 

*Any variation of a STOH can be used. 

*Athletes can have as many attempts as possbile. 

*You will rest 1:00 and go into 23.2

Athelete 1 1:00 Max Effort Thrusters 

Athelte 2 1:00 Max Effort Thrusters 

*Atheltes can select whatever weight they would like.

 

SCORE: Weight x Reps = Output

 

Workout Notes: 

*Athletes can select any weight they so wish on their barbell.

*Max effort thrusters for 1:00 for each athelte. P1 will go first and then P2 will go!

Workout Notes: 

*P1 will complete minute 1 & P2 will complete minute 2 etc 

*Get through as many rounds as possible

*GTOH can be any variation (Power Snatch or Clean & Jerk etc) 

*If you do not complete the required work in the minute you are eliminated and can not carry on

Males: DB x 2 (1x22.5KG & 1x15KG DB)

Females: DB (1x15KG & 1x8KG DB)

Devils Press DBx1 Syncronised.

 

Scaled Standards - 

T2B can be scaled down to Knees to elbows or Kipping knees above parallel height.

Box Height 20 Inch

Males & Femles can go lighter on DB's

Bar Muscle Ups can be scaled to 60 Pull Ups or Jumping pull ups.

60 KB Swings (24/16)

 

In Remaining Time:

Max Partner Deadlifts (140/100)

Split the bike up however you like.

Split the KB up however you like.
