16 minute AMRAP, add 2 per round: begin with 2 Calorie row, 2 pull ups, 2 HSPU with one mat and 2 alt Kb snatch (53/35)

DT EMOM of 12 deadlifts, 9 hang power cleans, 6 shoulder to overhead. All 27 must be completed in one minute then partner goes. All reps completed in minute count towards score. Workout is over if all 27 reps are not completed within one minute. If all 378 reps are completed, one athlete begins max shoulder to overheads at minute 14. (115/85)

Cash in: 400m run together Then 30 front squats, 30 toes to rings and 10 synchronized bar facing burpees, 20 front squats, 20 toes to rings and 10 synchronized bar facing burpees, then 10 front squats, 10 toes to rings and 10 synchronized bar facing burpees.(115/85) One second penalty for each rep not completed at time cap.
