This test begins with the first male/female pair at their respective barbells and their teammates waiting at the start position. At the beep, the first pair will work on 15 synchronized squat snatches. When 15 repetitions are completed, they tag the next pair of athletes who then proceed to work on their 15 squat snatches. After they are done, the male athletes then proceed to the rings to work on 30 muscle-ups while the female athletes wait by the pull-up bar. The male athlete who performs the last ring muscle-up NEEDS TO TAG THE FIRST FEMALE ATHLETE BEFORE SHE CAN START WORKING ON THE BAR MUSCLE-UPS.  In this portion of the test, ATHLETES CAN SWITCH AS NEEDED until the required repetitions are completed.  The male athletes can add weight to the barbells for the next portion while their teammates are working on their muscle-ups AS LONG AS THE FEMALE ATHLETES REMAIN IN FULL VIEW OF THE CAMERA during this time.  Once the bar muscle-ups are finished, the first male/female pair proceeds to work on 15 synchronized clean and jerks while the second pair wait for their turn at the start position. When they are done with their 15, they tag the second pair to release them so they can perform their portion of the exercise. Time stops when 30 synchronized clean and jerks are completed.

** The rings and pull-up bar can be anywhere within full view of the camera as long as they are at least 8 feet away from the barbells.

** Athletes may either use GRIPS OR TAPE on the pull-up bar, but MAY NOT USE BOTH.  Using both grip AND tape on the bar will incur a major penalty.

Once complete, they tag the next pair and wait behind the line while the other pair works on their round.  This process repeats until the team completes a total of 6 rounds, afterwhich, they go back to work on the last set of shuttle runs, once again in male/male and female/female pairs. Time stops when 24 shuttle runs are completed.
