- No synchro so if one of you doesn't have a movement, then you can rely on your partner to help out.
- No minimum work requirements

Rx Movement requirements:
- Clean & Jerk Cycling @ 60/42.5kg
- Snatch Cycling @ 42.5/30kg
- Gymnastics: Pull-ups, toes-to-bar, handstand push-ups
- Final: may include muscle-ups
Intermediate Movement requirements:
- Clean & Jerk Cycling @ 42.5/30kg
- Snatch Cycling @ 35/25kg
- Gymnastics: hand release press-ups, rope climbs
- No pull-ups, toes-to-bar or handstand push-ups
- Final: May includes toes-to-rings
Entries are £125 per team (£62.5 each) and there are limited spaces, so get signed up quickly!
The competition runs from 9:00-15:00. Try to arrive from 08:00 to 08:30 for the athlete briefing.

Workout Flow
RX Rules
- On 3,2,1 GO, the first athlete will move to the rope and work through the 60 double unders.
- Only one athlete will work at a time, and the work can be shared however they wish.
- After the double unders, athletes will work through the dumbbell bench reps.
- After the bench reps, they will work through their toes to bar and follow this format for 4 total rounds.
- Athletes must stay within their pods, and agree with the team opposite where they will do their toes to bar.
- The score for this workout will be the total time taken to complete or total reps completed at the timecap.
In 15 minutes:
250m ski
50 C2B pull-ups
10 Snatch @ 35kg

30 Strict Handstand Push Ups

Workout Flow
- On 3,2,1, GO, any athlete can go to the ski and start working through the 250m ski.
- After the 250m ski is completed, athletes can start the 50 chest to bar pull ups, then the 10 snatches at the first weight.
- After the 10 snatches are completed, the second round starts on the ski again and continues on
- Any athlete can change the bar after the first snatch are completed.
- Judges cannot help with loading (but must ensure the bars are loaded with the correct weight)
- There is no minimum work requirement from either athlete
- The work can be divided in any way
- Only one athlete can be working at a time
- Athletes do not need to tag to change over
- Score = time to complete reps or total reps completed at the 15 min time cap

Workout Flow
- On 3,2,1, GO Athletes will begin their first 90s period of work.
- Partner 1 will complete their row calories whilst partner 2 starts working through 5 Curtis Ps. Row cannot start until KBs are off the ground.
- Partner 1 must stay on the rower until the monitor clearly displays 150/100m.
- The judge must reset the monitor after this has been displayed and then the athlete can begin working through as many burpees over the rower until 90s is up.
- The athlete must begin with a burpee where the chest is clearly touching the floor and then jump over the rower, fully clearing it to receive 1 rep. If the rower is touched during the jump, the rep does not count.
- Partner 2 must pick up both KBs as soon as the rower begins.
- They can then start working through 5 Curtis Ps.
- Once they have completed the 5 Curtis Ps they must keep the KBs off the ground until the 90s is up.
- Failure to do so will result in P1 stopping their burpees. Athletes can start again when desired as long as the KBs are picked back up off the ground.
- When 90s is up, both athletes rest for 30s
- In the next 90s, athletes swap movements i.e. rower to Curtis Ps, Curtis Ps to rower.
- This format continues until a total of 100 burpees over the rower have been completed, or the 14 minute time cap is reached.
- Score is time taken to complete 100 burpees over the rower or total burpees completed (if 100 is not reached).

B) In the remaining time, each establish a 1RM Clean + hang clean + Jerk
Score A = time taken to complete thrusters
Score B = heaviest weight lifted from both athletes
Workout Flow
- On 3,2,1, GO, the athletes have 12 minutes to start making their way through the repetitions, starting with 60 thrusters.
- Repetitions can be split in any way, however, only one athlete can be working at a time. The other athlete will be resting.
- There is no minimum work requirement from either athlete.
- After the 60 thrusters are complete, athletes will change the weights on the bar to the second weight and work through the 30 thrusters at the heavier weight.
- The time is taken once the 30 thrusters are finished.
- In the remaining time, the athletes will each establish a one rep max of
- Rx: Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk
RX Rules
- On 3,2,1 GO, athletes will have 12 minutes to work through the 60 thrusters, change the plates and then 30 thrusters.
- In the remaining time they will each establish a heavy complex of 1 Clean + 1 Hang Clean + STOH.
- Only 1 athlete can lift at a time, and they will share the barbell.
- Athletes can face each other for the thrusters but must stay within their pod.
- Athletes cannot pass the bar to each other - it must be placed down on the floor for athletes to swap
Max lift
- Athletes must declare their weight to the judge before starting their lift.
- Athletes must face into the rig with judge standing in front (inside the rig)
- Athletes must wait for the signal to be given by the judge before dropping the bar at the end of the complex.
- If an athlete starts the complex just before the 12 minute window, then they can finish it
- There are 2 scores for this workout:
a) Time taken to complete the thrusters
b) Total combined weight of each athletes heaviest successful complex
