Naughty or Nice 2019 - Depot LA (Depot DTLA, Echo Park, WLA)
About This Competition
It’s time for our annual Naughty or Nice holiday competition and we’re so excited to return our partner format this year!
We encourage athletes to dress up in holiday attire as they push themselves a little bit harder than they normally would in our daily CrossFit classes.
This year’s competition will take place on Saturday, December 7th (stay tuned for location details!). Registration is $90 per team. Sign up by Wednesday, November 20th (11:59 PM PST) to guarantee a shirt with registration. Registrations after November 18 will be accepted (pending space), but will not come with a t-shirt.
Naughty or Nice is an in-house CF competition for Depot members. If you are a friend of Depot’s but not a member, and are interested in participating, please email wendy@depot.fitness
Registrations will be capped, so sign up today to secure your spot!
Pairs can be MM or FF. Both teammates must participate together as Rx or Scaled (i.e. there cannot be a mixed team of 1 Scaled athlete and 1 RX athlete).

WOD 1
12 min AMRAP
18/14 Cal Row
15 Wall Balls 20/14 (S: 14/10)
12 Burpees Over Rower (S: Step-over ok)
*Partners alternate full movements. Partners must tag one another before other partner can begin next movement
WOD 2 & 3
With a 10 min clock From 0:00-5:00 (One partner works to) Clean/Shoulder-to-overhead complex
1 Clean + 3 Shoulder-to-overhead
From 5:00-10:00 (Other partner works to)
Clean/Front squat complex
1 Clean + 3 Front Squats
*All 4 movements must be done without dropping the bar in between
**Shoulder-to-overhead can be push press, push jerk, and/or split jerk
***Clean can be power clean or squat clean, but a squat clean does *not* count towards one of your 3 front squats
WOD 4
For time: With a 10 min clock
30 Clean & Jerks 135/95 (S: 95/65)
50 Pull ups (S: KB Swings 53/35)
20 Clean & Jerks
30 Chest to Bar Pull ups (S: Knee ups)
10 Clean & Jerks
10 Bar Muscle ups (S: Pull ups)
*One partner will be working at a time. Split the work however you'd like.
**Score will be time if completed under 10 mins.
***If not completed in time, score is total reps.
