About This Competition
ä-'gon 1: a Greek term for a conflict, struggle or contest.
The Agon competition is for CrossFit athletes who are prepared to handle the true test of fitness. Events will include various standard CrossFit workouts consisting of conditioning exercises, weightlifting, and gymnastics movements, as well as a range of movements from other sports. Athletes should be ready for unexpected elements to challenge their readiness to compete.
The event will consist of two divisions; The Hercules division (ELITE RX) and The Spartan division (RX).
In each division, athletes will be put to the challenge of facing the unknown and uncomfortable to determine the fittest athlete.
Males and Females will be competing against one another, individually through a series of events to win the title of Mr. OR Ms. Hercules and Mr. OR Ms. Spartan.
Top winners of The Agon will be awarded with cash prizes
