Three person team, on-site competition
M/M/M and F/F/F
Scaled, RX, and Pro divisions
No refunds will be issued, substitutions will be allowed
Workouts will be released starting August 13th
**Scaled althetes will compete Saturday, September 25th
**RX and Pro athletes will compete Sunday, September 26th
Register before September 5th and recieve $50 off. Use promo code EarlyBird when signing up
Registration closes September 15th, any late registrations WILL NOT get a shirt

*Every break team must complete 100 ft prowler push
One athletes pushes sled at a time, switching out as needed. Must complete sled push before resuming worm reps.

Complex must be completed unbroken for score to count. All three athletes must find heaviest complex within the 15 minute window, in no particular order. Score is combined total for all three athletes.

*Weight on deadlift increases every seven rounds. Round robin style, teammates must continue in same order the whole workout, completing an entire round.
