2020 Shoofly Lift Off
About This Competition
The Shoofly Lift Off is a community based fitness competition that would traditionally be an in-person all day event showcasing fun workouts and local businesses. With the health and safety of our competitors and community in mind though, we have decided to take the 2020 Lift Off Online!
Starting October 6, 2020 and ending October 11, 2020 you and a partner will have 5 days to complete 4 workouts. You must be together for the workouts but they can be completed at home or at your gym, if neither of those are an option you can complete the workouts at CrossFit Shoofly’s outdoor space. The following equipment will be required to compete:
Olympic Barbell
Olympic Bumper Plates
Concept 2 Rower
Assault/Echo Bike
Wall Ball 20#/14#
Pull Up Bar
Dumbbells 25#/35#/50# pair
Plyo Box 20”/24”/30”
Jump Rope
WOD Proof App
Teams include Female/Female, Male/Female, and Male/Male in Rx and Scaled divisions. Movement standards will be based on CrossFit Open standards. Registration is $100 per team and includes an event shirt and chances to win prize packs separate from the $300 CASH PRIZE for the winners of each division.
