Workout Notes:
- Barbells are staggered in lanes. Lanes 1, 3, and 5, the barbell is on the crowd-side. Lanes 2, 4, and 6 the barbell is located near the back wall.
- Athlete is responsible for moving their barbell to a section of the lane that won't interfere with their shuttle and won't roll into another lane. After the athlete stows the barbell, the Lane Crew may adjust slightly. When you're shuttling, be mindful your judge and lane crew personnel might be on the floor with you.
- You'll shuttle in your lane. Touch the back wall on one side, touch a cone on the other (i.e. no "three-point touch" to the floor).
- The last shuttle will only be 45' so if you're sprinting you won't crash into the back wall or the crowd. Just cross the center line under the rig.
Scoring Notes:
- Workout is for time
- Fastest time wins
- If capped, each missed rep is worth 1 second
- Tie-breaker logged after completion of cleans
