Excited for another year of challenging workouts! Plan on anything and everything; Be sure to train ALL the skills :)
Be prepared to spend a good amount of time outdoors; plan outfits accordingly. We may be heading offsite for a workout or two!
Once signed up we will not be able to offer any refunds; we can transfer your purchase but the CC platform is difficult to work with on refunds!
Workouts will NOT be released until the day of the competition; BUT we will be releasing hints/standards/videos/polls ect. leading up to the event so follow us on social media @crossfitwildwest (Instagram) and CrossFit Wild West and Wild West Fitness Competitions (Facebook)
