There will be a 1-minute transition and then athlete 2 will complete their grocery bag carry as far as they can go in 3 minutes.

Each athlete will complete a movement as many times as possible for 1
minute.

Each athlete’s score will be combined to create the team total score. Each

Rx: 1 Minute Max Medicine Ball Glute Hip Developer Sit-Ups (Men 20lbs/Women
14lbs)
● Ball touches the floor and then feet for repetition to count
● Open standards for GHD to floor Height
● If the athlete is using a GHD that exceeds the 40/37-
inch requirement, they may touch an elevated target that
creates the 40/37-inch distance (i.e., women may use a 6-inch
riser on a 43-inch GHD to create a net height of 37 inches).
Scaled: 1 Minute Max Medicine Ball sit ups (Men 20lbs/Women 14lbs)
● Ball touches overhead and then touches feet for repetition to count

// RX

Score is combined total calories on the bike, reps of the sandbag over the shoulder, and reps of the sandbag carry. (Every 5 foot increment equals 1 rep)
