*STARTS WITH ATHLETES HANGING IN STRAIGHT ARMS AND FINISHES IN SUPPORT POSITION
*ATHLETES MUST GO THROUGH SOME KIND OF DIP
JUMP OVER & BACK:
*OVER AND BACK = 1
*MUST BE A JUMP = BOTH FEET IN THE AIR AT THE SAME TIME
