*REP FINISHES WITH BAR OVERHEAD WITH EXTENDED HIP, KNEES AND BARBELL OVERHEAD
*ATHLETES GOES THROUGH A SQUAT WITH THE BAR OVERHEAD

BAR MUSCLE UP:
*STARTS WITH ATHLETES HANGING IN STRAIGHT ARMS AND FINISHES IN SUPPORT POSITION
*ATHLETES MUST GO THROUGH SOME KIND OF DIP

JUMP OVER & BACK:
*OVER AND BACK = 1
*MUST BE A JUMP = BOTH FEET IN THE AIR AT THE SAME TIME
*MUST BE A TWO FOOT TAKEOFF AND LANDING
