Male: 22.5kg Dumbbell / Female: 15kg Dumbbell
For time (with a weight vest):
200m Walking Lunge
At 0 and Every Minute On The Minute perform 5 Burpees.
The (Sandbag) Chief
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Sandbag power cleans
6 Push-ups
9 Squats
Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

The Big Bell
