Single Dumbbell DT

5 rounds for time of:

  • 12 Dumbbell Deadlifts, left arm
  • 9 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, left arm
  • 6 Dumbbell Push Jerk, left arm
  • 12 Dumbbell Deadlifts, right arm
  • 9 Dumbbell Hang Power Clean, right arm
  • 6 Dumbbell Push Jerk, right arm

Male: 22.5kg Dumbbell / Female: 15kg Dumbbell

For time (with a weight vest):

200m Walking Lunge

At 0 and Every Minute On The Minute perform 5 Burpees.

The (Sandbag) Chief

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Sandbag power cleans

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.

The score is the number of total repetitions.

The Big Bell

As many repetitions as possible in 19 minutes of:

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15-...

  • Kettlebell swings
  • Handstand Push-ups

The score is the number of total repetitions.

For time:

15-12-9-6-3 Triple Unders

50-40-30-20-10 Sit-ups

As many repetitions as possible in 16 minutes of:
