WOD 1 "B.A.D. Medicine" Presented by Body Armor Design, release Aug 30th @ 2pm
WOD 2 "Thirsty Thoughts" Presented by NOCCO, release August 31th @ 2pm
WOD 3 "Do you even lift" Presented by Material Handling Supply (MHS), release September 1st @ 2pm
WOD 4 "RUFF around the edges " Presented by Wild South Apparel, release September 2nd @ 2pm
Floater "I got your Back" Presented by Accordo Chiropractic, release Sept 3rd @ 2pm

Cash Awards for ALL podium positions and both Divisions
Rx Division 1st $1000, 2nd $700, 3rd $400 per team
Hybrid Division 1st $500, 2nd $350, 3rd $200 per team
Event will be capped at 90 Teams
Nonrefundable but can be transferred to another person or team.
