About This Competition
WELCOME TO THE OSOS CLASSIC I I I (Int.)!
We are thrilled you want attend our event.
This is the INTERMIDIATE registration and information page,
You are considered INTERMIDIATE if you can perfomr the following movements efficiently and have a 1RM in the following weights.
Gymnastics:
Chest to bar
Handstand Pushups
Wall Walks
Rope Climbs
Pull ups
Dumbbells: 50/35
Sandbag: 150/100
Kettlebell: 50/35
Weighlifting:
Snatch: 205/135
Clean: 245/165
Back Squat: 335/225
Bench Press: 155/95
*Note that these are just 1RM we recommend you have in order to have a good experience in this division this does NOT represent the weights being used in the actual events.
There will be 5 different events they will be structured as follows

Event 4:
(Top 6 will move on to the final)
Event 5:
Male & Females will compete under the same leaderboard, the purpose of this is to throw a mix into things and have athletes tep up their game, we will convert calories, reps, and weights accordingly so that it is a fair playing field for all athletes.
