About This Competition

THE RELENTLESS GAMES 2023

DETAILS:
Date: Saturday, November 11th
Gym will open at 7:00am
Everyone needs to be registered by 8:00am
Workout Rules and Regulations will be at 8:30am
1st Workout starts at 9am!!!
Cost: $45 (will include your tshirt!!!)
**HOODIES WILL BE SOLD SEPARATELY!! 
 
EVENTS HAVE BEEN RELEASED!!!

DIVISIONS
*there will be a RX and a scaled division                         
*there will be a male and female division
*You will need a partner, but the workouts will be scored individually.
--->One partner will workout/1 partner judges, then you'll switch
--->Partners DO NOT have to compete in the same division
--->Partners DO NOT have to be the same gender
 
PRIZES FOR:
*all winners (1st/2nd/3rd of all divisions)
*best team name

-->Event is non-refundable, but substitutions will be allowed up until November 1st.
-->Pets are not allowed inside the facility.
-->There is ample parking on site in the business parking lot and across the street.

REQUIREMENTS:

Accumulate as many reps as possible in 3 minutes. 

Sled much touch some part of the black flooring on each side for the rep to be complete

Only full reps count - If you are in the middle of the turf when the bell dings, that rep does not count


NO SCALING FOR THE TIE BREAKER WORKOUT!!
