About This Competition

We are back again but this time in a unique venue at Trinity Park. This competition is more of a traditional Crossfit comp but with the Suffolk Games twist. We always aim the entry level at the every day athlete in your box

150 Box Step Overs

EMOM 1: 5 Synchro Snatches (65kg split)

EMOM 2: 5 Synchro Over Bar Burpees

12 MINUTE TIME CAP

“Tag & Go”

40 Calorie buy in (Assault Bike or Rowing machine)

 

2 Rounds for time

 

40 Single Arm DB Thruster (17.5kg / 12.5kg)

10 Dball over the box 30 inch

30 DB Lunge (17.5kg / 12.5kg)

10 Dball over the box 30 inch

20 Alternating Single Arm DB Devil Press (17.5kg/12.5kg)

10 Dball over the box 30 inch

 

40 Calorie cash out (Assault Bike or Rowing machine)

Tine cap: 17 minutes

“Throw it back to 2019”

6 Rounds for time

15 min time cap

 

Pair Shuttle Run (increase by 1 every round)

10 Synchro Sandbag Squats (30/20kg)

10 Synchro Kettlebell Swings (24kg/16kg)

10 Synchro Deadlifts - 120kg split between pairs
