About This Competition
Throwback Throwdown 2021
May 15th from 8AM-3PM
90’s Themed CrossFit competition. 2 Same-sex partners. Come test your fitness against other CrossFitters from around NorthEast Florida. Shirt, Swag Bag, Raffles for Vendor Village included with registration. Awesome Prize packages for 1-3 places in each division. 4 WODs + 1 Floater WOD.
We will limit to 50 teams max.
150$ Early registration (before April 15th), 170$ Late registration (April 15th or later)
Shirts will be included for all who sign up on or before April 22th.
The first 10 teams that sign up will receive a free 15-minute Trigger Point Dry Needling Session with TriForce Physical Therapy.
Standards:
RX: Barbell- Snatches 135/95 for reps

Gymnastics- Bar Muscle-ups (at least 1 person)
