8th Annual Triple Threat Throwdown. This is a great competition that proves your strengths and tests your weaknesses. Built upon the roots of CrossFit, movements are basic, community is strong, and ANYONE can compete!

*To not be “scaled” athletes must jump on box or do weighted med-ball steps ups (20/14)



6 min AMRAP:

Clean & Jerk (95/65)

*Bar must start from ground, any form of clean is allowed, bar must come to shoulder (can’t be snatched), any form of shoulder to overhead is allowed (ie. strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk).



For Time: 7 min Cut-off to start Run

Front Squats (95/65)

Target Burpees to Plate

Finish w/ 400 m Run

3-3,6-6,9-9,12-12,15-15,...+

Deadlifts (225/155)

Box Jumps (30/24)

*Athletes must jump on box to count of RX



6 min AMRAP:

Clusters (155/105)

*Bar starts on the ground, athlete must receive the bar in a full depth squat, athlete must press bar over head in one continuous motion when coming out of the squat. The athlete is NOT allowed to re-dip or split feet.  



For Time: 6 min Cut-off to Start Run

Overhead Squats (115/75)

C2B Pull-ups

Finish w/ a 400 m run



12 min AMRAP:
