THE ITALIAN SHOWDOWN IS ONE OF THE LARGEST FITNESS COMPETITIONS IN EUROPE WITH UP TO 1.500 PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND ABILITY LEVELS ON THE SAME GAME FLOOR.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the 2020 edition will exceptionally start with a preliminary online qualification phase from July 17 to 31. The best Individuals of each age division and the best Teams will be invited to the final phase.

Workouts
For time, 10 rounds of:
- 10 Db Overhead Squat, 15/22.5Kg
- 20 Double Under
Scaled: Db Front Squat / Single Under.
Score: the athlete’s score will be the total time it takes to complete the entire workout.
Tiebreak: there is no tiebreak for this workout.
Variations: athletes unable to perform the Rx movements can choose the Scaled version and will be ranked on the leaderboard below those who performed the workout as Rx.

Q1 for Team Member Female 1
Qualification workouts are the same for Individuals and Teams. Each Team Member (M1, M2, F1, F2) performs the workout individually and the Team Leder is responsible for submitting all the scores and video URLs.

If you complete the round of 15, go on to 18. If you complete 18, go on to 21, etc.
Scaled: Hand-release Push-up / Alt. Standing Lunges.
Score: the athlete’s score will be the total number of repetitions completed within the 6-minute time cap.
Tiebreak: there is no tiebreak for this workout.
Variations: athletes unable to perform the Rx movements can choose the Scaled version and will be ranked on the leaderboard below those who performed the workout as Rx.

M: 22,5Kg - 1,5m distance
F: 15Kg - 1m distance
Scaled: Alt. Db Clean and Press.
Score: the athlete’s score will be the time it takes to complete all 225 repetitions. There is a 15-minute time cap. If the athlete does not finish all 225 reps before the time cap, the score will be the number of reps completed.
Tiebreak: ties will be broken by the time of completion of your last full set of Snatches. At the end of each set of Snatches, time should be marked and recorded for score submission. In the case where two athletes have the same score, the athlete with the lower tiebreak time will be ranked higher. All tiebreak times must be reported in elapsed time, not in time remaining.
