Welcome to The Carlisle Games!
We are excited to have you join us for this thrilling competition! Below you'll find important information regarding our event policies and schedules:
Refund Policy: Please note that once tickets are purchased, we are unable to offer any refunds. Be sure to confirm all details before securing your spot.
Substitute Policy: Substitutes are allowed up until one week before the competition. This gives us time to process waivers and any necessary updates. Please notify us promptly if a substitute will be attending.
Workout Release Dates and Times: Leading up to the event, we will release each workout in advance, giving you enough time to prepare. All workouts will be available before the competition begins.
We want you to have an amazing experience at The Carlisle Games, so have fun, give it your best, and enjoy the event!

WORKOUT 3: Bear With Me
For Time (12 Min Cap)
IGYG
100 Sandbag Lunge ( 1 Athlete work, 3 are resting)
80 Sync Burpee to Plate (2 athletes Work, 2 Rest)
6x 60m Bearhug Carry / Farmers Carry Relay (2 Athletes Work, 2 Rest)
1 Athlete bearhug carries the sandbag, the other performs a farmers carry
All 4 athletes run to the finish line together.
Mens and Mixed Team: 20KG Sandbag, 2x 20KG Kettlebells
Female Teams: 10KG Sandbag, 2x 16KG Kettlebells

12 Min AMRAP of:
3 Athletes hold the worm while 1 athlete performs the circuit:
1 Round of:
20 DB Bench
10 Box Jump Overs
After an athlete completes one round of the circuit, the 3 athletes must perform 12 Worm Squats
*If the worm is dropped, the athlete must stop where they are in the circuit until it is back on their team mates shoulders
12 Min AMRAP of:
Shared kCals
50 kCal Echo Bike
50 kCal Row
Once both machines have 50 Calories each, all 4 Athletes will run 2 Shuttle Runs (up and back = 1 rep)
(200m Overall, athletes must stay together for the duration of the run)

Each partner will work twice, and rest twice (two work, two rest)
