About This Competition
It is time to come together for some FUN and FITNESS as a FULCRUM FAMILY. Whether you are an experienced fitness competition athlete or this will be your first exposure to that side of things. This will be a great and challenging time. The workouts will be designed to be challenging regardless of your skill and fitness level. Besides Gym bragging rights this is more about coming together to compete against but more importantly CHEER on your fellow gym members. We really hope you embrace this challenge and make the 1st annual WODTOBER FEST 2020 a Pumpkin style smashing success!! More details below
Date and Time: October 23rd, 2020 5pm-8pm
Format: 2 person teams. Can be mixed pairs or same sex pairs. BOTH team members must be gym members
Workouts: 3 workouts plus a "floater"
Prizes: Top 3 teams will get some sweet stuff PLUS bragging rights for 1 whole year
Costumes: Optional, but will earn extra team points

* This event is weighted 250%. This means first place will earn 250 Points
At 3.2.1 Go
Athletes will progress through ladder performing 1 rep at each weight
Athletes will have :30 to perform a good rep. As many attempts during that :30 can be taken.
Male weights
135/185/225/275/315/365/405/455/500
Female weights
95/125/155/195/215/245/265/285/300
* There will be NO tie breaker. This event is weighted to 80%. This means first place will earn 80 points
2* Rounds for Time:
150/200/250 Feet Partner Sled push
150/200/250 Feet Partner Wheelbarrow Push
At 3.2.1 Go Partner 1 will sit/stand/crouch on sled while partner 2 pushes sled to designed half way mark. Partner 1 and Partner 2 will then switch positions and push back to the start line. Partner 1 will then sit in the wheelbarrow as partner 2 pushes to the designated line. Partner 1 will then switch with partner 2 and push back to the start line. That will complete one round. You will repeat for 2 more round. Score is the total time it takes to complete 2 rounds.
For FF pairs the distance wil be 150 feet
For MF pairs the distance will be 200 Feet
For MM pairs the distance will be 250 Feet
* This workout is weighted at 100%. This means first place will get 100 points.
At 3.2.1 GO
You and partner will work to complete as many reps as possible in 16 Min of the following chipper
100 Burpee (switch every 5 reps)
80 Medball Clean (switch every 10 reps)
60 Box Jumps/step up (switch every 15)
40 Cal row (switch every 20)
Medball weight (30/20/14/12)
Box (30/24/20")
You will get to determin the weight and high of ball and boxes. HONOR system. If you are not sure what to do, ask a coach and we will get your sorted out.
