About This Competition
Hosting our first RX team of 4 competition. 2 Males, 2 Females.
Standards:
Loading - If you are able Clean & Jerk 70/45 for reps or manage Power Snatches at 50/35. You are good to go.
Gymnastics - if you can do pull ups, T2B, push ups, wall walks, box jumps you should do this comp!
At least one member of your team should have Rope Climbs, HSPU and Muscle Ups.
Other Standards may include - Sandbags 70/50, Heavier Wall Balls 12/9, Double Unders, Double DB Work (think devils press with 2*22.5/15)
Workouts will programmed to advance in difficulty to give everyone a great workout and give a challenge to those capable of more.

Worm must stay off the ground whilst the Rope Climbs are being complete
Bike distance runs alongside other workout for whole duration.

1 Minute Rest

Team Member 1 - 25 Wall Balls 9/6
Team Member 2 - 25 Box Jump Overs 24/20
Team Member 3 - 25 Sandbag Squats 30/20
Team Member 4 - 25 Kettlebell Swings 24/16
Team Member 1 starts first, once they complete there reps, number 2 can start.
Team Member 1 immediately goes for a 200m run, then when they are back they can start a bike AMRAP for distance (this continues for the whole workout and is one score)
Once all team members have completed their run. The next piece of the workout starts
