Find Heavy weight for the following Complex:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Hang Squat Clean(above Knees)
S2OH
The Man will start first
the Barbell will not tuch the ground after the Power Clean
3 min to lift the heaviest weight for the complex
and then the Woman will continue for another 3 min
On a running clock for 12 min
Run 1600 m
on your remaining time perform AMRAP of DU
The Couple will run Together - tuching Distance
On the arivale of both athltes they will start the DU AMRAP
one Athlete is Jumping while the Other awaits
each Athlete is allowed to perform 30 reps and the the second athlete will perform.
each athlete have 8 attempts to complete 30 DU
each athlete have to complete all 8 attempts

KB Thrusters@1KB Sync (16\24)
and Then
5 min Max Rope climbs I GO U GO
and Then

Max Cal Row each partner is doing 12 cal While the other is doing AMRAP Goblet Squat @ 24\16Kg

the pull ups and wall balls will be in an I GO U GO format - only one athlete may perform a movement at a time
the sync Burpees the couple will do together so each partner will complete 15.
both athletes will tuch the ground with their chest before they get up and jump over the DB together.
